Day 1
- Surfing lesson starts on the beach with a run down on reading the beach and waves, safety in the water, surfboards, paddling, how to stand up and how to fall off :)
- Then off to the water learning techniques on entering the ocean, standing on your surfboard and other surfers secrets
- For people not familiar with the ocean a session on body surfing and swimming safely through the waves
- Surf session goes for approximately 2-3 hours depending on your fitness
Day 2
- Surfing lesson starts again on the beach with a run down on what we learnt the day before and starting to apply it
- Practice more techniques on entering the ocean, standing on your surfboard, choosing the right waves, paddling and getting through the waves, catching waves on your own and how to read the waves.
- Surf session goes for approximately 2-3 hours depending on your fitness
Day 3
- Continue to practice surfing techniques and work on specific areas for improvement for each surfer, as everyone is different and has different strengths and weaknesses.
Depending on surf conditions on the day, lessons may be at Bang Tao Beach (beginner), Surin Beach (intermediate-Advanced) or other beaches. We choose the spot that best suits your learning, developing or advanced surfing skills.
We provide all equipment including 8'0 soft surfboards and rash vests, drinking water.
All you need to bring are board shorts or swimsuit and plenty of sun screen.
