The Residence Maresol, with an enchanting view of the sea, is located on a hill, in an excellent position, a short distance from the town of Vieste and the popular beach Pizzomunno.The cottages all provided with wide veranda, are dipped in the great tree-lined park with oleanders and other beautiful flowering plants. Recently building is fully enclosed, with internal parking and covers an area of approximately 10,000 square meters.
The complex consists of houses on the ground floor and first floor, with entrance and garden, with all the comforts, are made up of one, two, three or more living rooms and services. Guests can enjoy: the car park, playground, TV room with video, restaurant, table tennis, 2 sun, barbecue, laundry. The road free from traffic directly on the beach and reserved parking in the shade of a beautiful and equipped lido. The costs are as follows: 1 parking shade on the beach, 2 beds, 1 umbrella, euro 7.00 per day. The restaurant overlooking the sea, overlooking the beautiful beach Castle, it is very nice, ethnic style, has only 12 seats and is reserved only for our guests. The specialty cheef are the dishes fresh fish, but also of excellent meat, affordable price, a complete dinner by candlelight has a cost of 30.00 euros per person, including drinks. Reach the south coast of Vieste, promenade Enrico Mattei, in resort 'Beach of the castle'(Spiaggia del castello). Go beyond Vieste and continue towards Hotel Pizzomunno, after 500 metres there is the camping Sant'Elia. Just past the camp site, at the first crossroad take the turning on your right, following the direction Hotel Magnolia. After the Hotel Magnolia, turn right at the crossroad and follow the direction 'Peschici litoranea'. Go forward, over a complex of schools (L Fazzini school). Soon after, turn left, following the indication 'Collina dei pini'and 'Maresol villette'.At the end of the climb turn to the right and park your car there. I advise you to call me in Peschici from this point or from the sign 'Collina dei Pini', so that I will reach you as soon as possible. In case of need,stop in front of the camping San'Elia and please call me to this number: +39 368 7189672.
