Villa L'avvenire

Villa Avvenire is a 18th century villa, now attached with the ex farmhouse. It has been renovated in style in 50's.
The villa is surrounded by a century-old park of holm oaks, pines and lime trees, and shows its guests all the charm of its environments and the landscape that surrounds the heart of Siena.
The location is perfect for those who want to be immersed in peace and at the same time to be a few steps from the most important monuments of one of the most beautiful art cities of Italy.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, a great room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room and living room and a private parking inside the park.

Directions

By car:
From the north, from highway A1 exit at 'Firenze Certosa', take the Firenze - Siena. Continue for about 60 km and exit at 'Siena Nord', follow the signs for Siena and after 500 mt at nr.23 of Via Fiorentina there is Villa L'Avvenire.
From the south, from highway A1 exit at 'Valdichiana-Bettolle-Sinalunga', follow the signs to Siena and take the Siena - Bettolle. Continue for about 40 km and exit at 'Siena Nord', follow the signs for Siena and after 500 mt at nr.23 of Via Fiorentina there is Villa L'Avvenire.

By train:
From the railway station, take one of the many bus towards Siena Nord and get off on Via Fiorentina.

By bus:
Coming from the north, get off at Siena Nord (the stop is on Via Fiorentina), otherwise get to the town-center, take any bus towards Siena Nord and get off on Via Fiorentina.
