**** Notice about Rome's new tourist tax **** Rome City Council decided to charge 2 Euros per person per night on tourists who visit Rome. It is implemented from the 01/01/2011. We are sorry but this is unfortunately NOT included in the accommodation fee, upon making reservation please consider this extra fee in your budget.
Please note that for the period from the 30th December 2008 to the 1st of January 2009 the cancellation policy is 7 days.

Holiday Paradise Roma is situated nearby Termini Station and is located close to the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. The area is perfectly connected to the historical and monumental centre of Rome thanks to the many lines of bus that pass through it, among which the number 492. With this bus you can easily reach the Colosseum, one of the more visited monuments in the world. Moreover, the area is supplied by the Underground Line A (red line) and Line B (blu line) that connect the structure to the main historical charms of the city, for example the Basilica of St. Peters or the Sistine Chapel (at the stop 'Ottaviano' of the Line A). Moreover, the area, full of shops, is ideal for people who love shopping. For people who travel with plane, we organise shuttle service from and to Ciampino and Fiumicino airports.

Exit the station from the Via Marsala side and take Via Milazzo, walk down it and turn left at the 3rd street, that's Via Varese. We are at number 31.
