Time of arrival is important to me and to you. If you don\'t update me with the time of arrival I can\'t guarantee that will be somebody to wait for you. I don\'t have an open reception for 24 hours.
If you say that the time of arrival is 12 and you don\'t show up in 2 hours and you don\'t even call me on my cell phone to tell me about you delay I will sell the room.
Internet acces means in our Guest House: bring your laptop with you because we have free Wireless connection free of charge !!!
Payment of the balance is upon arrival.
You must give us 72 hours notice of your cancellation by email or fax. Failing to do so will result in a one-night\'s charge on your card.
We don\'t accept phone cancellations.
During New Year\'s Eve we only sell packages of minimum 3 nights. The nights to be included are 30, 31st of Dec and 1st of Jan. Booking changes are not allowed during this time.

Sam Room has 5 rooms and it is a 3 star little hotel in an apartment building, which was opened on March 29, 2006. Each room is equipped with LCD TV + satelite, safety deposit box, air cool, mini fridge and wireless internet connection. ....so bring your laptop.
Sam Guest Houses has two rooms with its own private bathroom in the hallway: the single and the triple.
Check out at 10am !!!

Our Guest Houses is only 15 minutes walk from Termini Train Station.
Exit at metro Manzoni the second stop from the train station.
Sam Rooms is at the street number 233.
From Fiumicino Airport
If you decide for the train you will take it at the airport terminal heading to Termini Station. From Termini you can get the underground Line A - direction Anagnina and get off at MANZONI station (only two stops from Termini). At Manzoni you take the exit Emanuele Filiberto and walk around 200 meters to get to Sam Rooms.
From Ciampino Airport
Take the Cotral bus service to Metro station Anagnina. Depart by Metro to Manzoni Station.
WE CAN ALSO ARRANGE PRIVATE PICK UP SERVICE FROM AND TO THE BOTH AIRPORTS. !
Please be informed that metro line A starts at 5 AM and closes at 11.30 PM.
Taxi
Only take an official taxi with a meter. The rate from Termini Station to Sam Rooms is about 10 to 12 €, depending on baggage and number of people.
