We are located at 300 m from Termini station, the atmosphere you can find in it is very welcoming and friendly. Our rooms are very comfortable (private bathroom, tv, minibar, internet, and breakfast included).

The guesthouse opened last September. You can have your vacation in Rome near the station, it is easy to get around by bus, citytour, metro. Information point, the city centre is within 20 minutes' walking.

Air-Condition are an extra of 8 euro per day..

We are located in Via Cairoli n. 115.

From Termini station take the exit at platform 29 on the left walking just 250 m you will find Via Cairoli on your right.

From Fiumicino airport there is a special train to Termini station.

From Ciampino airport there is a special bus to Termini station.
