Located in the immediate neighborhood of Termini station, it is very easy to reach for those arriving in Rome by train as well as for those reaching the city centre from the airports.
The closeness of both metro lines and of the bus stop will make it easier to get to any other part of the city.
Many of the main monuments and historycal places such as Santa Maria Maggiore, Colosseum, Fori Imperiali and Domus Aurea are within walkin distance; our location is also perfect for reaching La Sapienza University.
The bed and breakfast is located on the 5th floor of a i Palazzo Umbertinoi with elevator.
The apartment was completely renovated in January 2009. Each room has private bathroom(except one), air conditioning, sat-tv with LCD monitor and hairdryer. Free wifi broadband internet access is also available for our guests.

From Termini station:
Take the way out on Via Giolitti then walk on your left for about 100 metres until you cross Via Rattazzi. We are at Via Rattazzi, 63.
