All accommodation has been personally visited and approved to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. All rooms are suitable for and come with their own bathroom or shower. Prices include bed and breakfast with kitchen and laundry facilities usually available. We are aware of the importance of your security, as well as convenience.

Our Bed and Breakfast are situated in safe areas, throughout Rome, in quiet roads, near to shops, restaurants and public transport. They are near to all tourist and business venues in both city centres.

We have 4 immaculately presented rooms, all with en-suite facilities. You can choose from single, double, twin, triple, and quad/family rooms (which sleep 4). All rooms include: en-suite shower & w/c, telephone (for incoming calls), satellite TV, tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, and hair dryer.
