Villa 'Kavourakia' is a traditional villa located in the Kolios area on Skiathos Island.
Our Villa consists of 3 two - bedroom apartments and 8 twin studios. All of our apartments and studios have private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, safe-box, TV and a balcony so that you can enjoy the excellent view to Kolios bay. Parking Area is also available.
The villa is almost in the midway between the town of skiathos and koukounaries beach. Four of the best beaches of skiathos are within walking distance and also there is a regular bus service from the kolios area to skiathos town taking you to all seventy beaches of the island.Our complex is not far away from Kolios beach which is 800m far away and 1000m from famous beach vromolimnos.

Our location is so idyllic for you to do daily excursion and exploration of our island.
Kolios area is one of the well organized areas in Skiathos. There is a super market just a few meters (200m) from our villa, Beach bars, pool bars, tennis courts and restaurants are all available within walking distance, not to mention the famous Vromolimnos beach bar and restaurant which is only 1000m away.
The distance to town is 6Km.
