The Spirit of Life Centre is located on the stunning Mani peninsiula in Southern Greece. We are on the foothills of the Taygetos mountains overlooking the blue Mediteranean - a mere ten minutes walk to the sea.

During your stay you can book optional sessions - thai yoga massage, reiki, shiatsu, aromatherapy, healing, personal coaching, horse riding and even bee keeping.

Flights to Athens, Kalamata and now Patras. We can arrange taxi transfers from the airport to the Spirit of life centre.
