No show will be charged 1 night as a fee.
Cancellation must be operated only via the website and/or its call center you used to initiate your reservation.
You may reserve at the same time a maximum of 3 rooms online, more rooms then this are subject to reconfirmation and the hotel will contact you to set a new cancellation policy and prepayment if needed.
The hotel reserves itself the right to reject the booking if terms and conditions are not met.
Please note that a pre-authorization of the credit card will be made. Should this be not possible, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Directions
From Geneva airport (Genève-Cointrin):
take the Route de l'Aéroport, follow the direction of Genève by the Avenue Louis-Casaï and/or by the Route de Meyrin for approximately 2.5 kilometres.
Follow straight on the Rue de la Servette.
After passing under the rail tracks, after 150 m, take right and straight after turn left to the Rue Rousseau.
Turn left on the first little road, facing the Manor store (Rue Paul-Bouchet).
Continue straight on, trespassing the Rue de Chantepoulet, you are now in the Rue de Berne.
The Hotel Capitole can be found at approximately 100 metres further down on your left.
