The Bavaria Boutique Hotel is a small, charming hotel only 7 minutes drive from the centre of Auckland. We are situated on the western side of an extinct volcano in the heart of Mt. Eden, one of Auckland's more picturesque, traditional suburbs, on the periphery of the business centre of Auckland.

Our 100-year-old Kauri Villa has recently been redecorated and refurbished . The large, sunny guest lounge leads on to a private deck in a small exotic garden. With plenty of onsite carparking, and also a choice of public transport just a short walk away.
We have 11 comfortable rooms. They all come with ensuites, and are equipped with commercial quality beds, private telephones, suitcase racks, clock radios, heating and electric blankets. All single and twin rooms have king single beds, the 5 double rooms have queen-size beds and 3 rooms have sunny balcony
Complimentary tea, coffee is available in all rooms and a guest fridge is also available. There are 8 off-street carparks on the premises and an internet access for your convenience.
