The Bavaria Boutique Hotel is a small, charming hotel only 7 minutes from the city centre. We are situated on the western side of an extinct volcano in the heart of the historic suburb Mt. Eden, which lies 2km from the city centre.

With only 11 guestrooms we assure warm, friendly and generous hospitality, offering quality accommodation with all modern amenities.

We have 11 comfortable rooms. They all come with ensuites, and are equipped with commercial quality beds, suitcase racks, heating and electric blankets. ( fans for summer ) .
All our King Deluxe Rooms have either king size beds or super king size bed. (can be split into single beds)
We have a Twin Bed Room which compromises of two king single beds, and also a Double Bedroom which has a double bed ( room is suitable for one person )
And lastly a Deluxe Queen Room, offering a Queen Bed . This is situated upstairs and has access to a balcony which overlooks our beautiful sunny garden. There are also two other rooms upstairs that also have access to this balcony.

The breakfast on offer is a continental which compromises of a selection of cereals , yoghurt , fruit juice. Also a selection of bread for toasting with preserves' and tea & coffee. This is priced at a very affordable additional price of $15.00 per person

There is also available a guest fridge incase you require anything to keep chilled .
We also have the added bonus of 8 off-street carparks, and on the premises is internet access for your convenience.
