Our property is located inside Hot Springs National Park and is surrounded by the Ouachita National Forest. There are lots of hiking trails and it is a favorite of bird watchers. The downtown area with historic Bath House Row and lots of art galleries and unique shops are within walking distance.
Prospect Place is a lovingly restored Queen Anne Victorian home built around 1879. There are 12 foot ceilings with ceiling fans and beautiful wood floors throughout. The wrap-around front porch and brick patio in the back are favorites of our guests. We have a parlor for guests with a cable connected TV and VCR. We serve a delicious full breakfast in the dining room, which has a wood-burning fireplace for cozy fall and winter mornings. We have off street parking at the rear of the property via a private drive.
The Moonlight Suite is spacious and elegant with a king-size bed and sitting area. The Garden Bath has a claw-foot tub and hand held shower and overlooks the back patio and National Forest.
The Haven is peaceful getaway with a king-size bed and sitting area. This room has a shower bath in the room.
The Turret is a bright and cheerful room with a queen-size bed and Victorian settee in the turret area. There is a shower bath in the room.
The Nook is a comfortable cozy room with full bed. The full private bath is around a corner and we provide robes for the trip.
