Rosi's Room has a Windsor-style double bed, antique furnishings, paintings by John Panek, and a wonderful oak mantle. Rosemary claimed this room as her own forever when she wrote her loves on the wallpaper (sorry, it has been removed). The Harris Room is named for Rosemary's Grandmother who purchased the house from the Gillum family in the 1970's. It reflects the "down-home", warm friendliness of the family with the large rocking chair in the reading nook and the antique handmade quilt on the double bed. The lovely mantle, antique dresser, and antique lamps complete the warmth of this room. The paintings in this room are by John Panek and Sue Panek (his sister). The Gillum Room exudes romance. From the 4 poster queen-size bed with its pillow-top mattress and down-filled comforter to the fresh flower on the mirrored mantle to the private bath with the claw-foot tub with dimmer switch for the light over the tub (also a 48 in. shower), this is obviously a room for lovers.
